Description

An inchoate trunk with small attached limbs protrudes from the child's back: an example of "parasitic terata, monsters that consist of one perfect body, complete in every respect, but from the neighbourhood of whose umbilicus depends some important portion of a second body" (Gould & Pyle p. 172)
