Description

Amateur footage shot from a boat close to sea level. Slight mist to begin with then medium long-shots of coastline along a marina with boats. Views of a swimming pool set amidst countryside. A band playing outside. Further views of a swimming pool. Three middle-aged men smiling to camera; views of densely wooded countryside. Various people walk around the grounds - a couple walk with two small white dogs. A group of five local children; four girls and a boy who pose for the camera.

This film forms part of an additional accession in 2015 to a group of films donated to the Wellcome Trust in 2006 by The British Medical Association.
One of nine films which appear to have been posted between A. Wilfred Adams and Dr. G. C. Anderson depicting a journey around the Caribbean (Trinidad and Jamaica). Anderson was the Secretary at the time of the British Medical Association's World Tour in 1935 (a film record exists in the collection).
Date is derived from the edge code on the film.
