The trial at large, between James Annesley , Esq; and the Right Honourable the Earl of Anglesea, before the Barons of the Court of Exchequer in Ireland: begun on Friday, November 11, 1743; and, by Adjournments, continued until the 25th of the same Month inclusive. Containing the Pleadings at large of the Council on both Sides; with the learned Speech of Prime Serjt Malone. The Whole taken in Court, and carefully revised by an Eminent Counsellor concerned in the Cause.
