Description

The second part in a series looking at the work of faith healers. This part features psychic surgeon Stephen Turoff, one of Britain's most sought-after healers. There appears to be a huge number of patients claiming he has cured them of cancer. Jonathan Waxman, a cancer specialist, reviews Turoff's work and is not convinced of its authenticity. He asks to meet Turoff, but Turoff refuses. In Slovenia, Turoff is reverred as a healer and is thought of as a kind of God, he has a huge turn-out of spectators as he goes to cleanse a cave where he believes he he was beheaded many centuries ago in a previous life. Turoff's wife is confused as to what this new turn in her husband's career might mean - is he a healer or a saint?
