Notes

The work is a translation of the Author's 'Magia astrologica', first published in Paris in 1611, as a key to the 'Sympathia septem metallorum' of Petrus Arlensis de Soudalupis. The latter work was itself part of the edition of the 'Speculum lapidum' of Camillus Leonardus issued by Scudalupis at Paris in 1610, in which the 'Sympathia' was contained on pp. 245-499. The 'Speculum' itself was first printed at Venice in 1502.
