j EXTRACTS FROM RULES AND REGULATIONS. • Donor’s Qualification.—A Payment of not less than £12. Subscriber’s Qualification.—An Annual Payment of not less than LO/-, or any Clergyman making a Congregational Collection of not less than 20/- per year, or appointed representative of any Societj’, Club, Company, or other body subscribing not less than 20/- per year. Annual Subscriptions are due on the 1st January. Friends may Visit Patients in the Hospital at the following times: Tuesdays, 11 to 12 a.m., and 2 to 4 p.m. Thursdays, 2 to 4 p.m. Sundays, 2 to 4 p.m. FORM OF BEQUEST TO THE HOSPITAL. I give to the Penrith Jubilee Cottage Hospital at Penrith, in the County of Cumberland, the sum of , Free from Legacy Duty, and I declare that the Receipt of the Treasurer for the time being of the aforesaid Hospital shall be a sufficient discharge for the said Legacy.
