Containing a very curious Collection of the Greek and Roman Classics, of the best Editions; Books of Prints, Antiquities, Coins, Medals, Inscriptions, Lexicons, Critics, and the scarcest Authors in most Branches of polite Literature and useful Learning. Also a choice Collection of the best Italian and French Writers. All of them in fine Condition, and many on Royal Paper. Which will be sold by public Auction, (by Order and for the Benefit of his Widow) At the Great Room at the Rose Tavern, near Temple-Bar, on Monday, March 4, 1750-1, and the nine following Evenings (sunday excepted) beginning exactly at Six O'Clock By Samuel Baker, Bookseller. Catalogues may be had of Mr. Whiston in Fleet-Street, Mr. Dodsley in Pall-Mall, Mr. Chapelle in Grosvenor-street, Mr. Baker in Russel-Street, Covent-Garden; Mr. Thurlbourn at Cambridge, Mr. Fletcher at Oxford, and at the Rose Tavern, Temple-Bar.
