Description

This French / Canadian co-production looks at all the major areas of flu research from famous historical outbreaks to the possibility of a future epidemic of some form of 'killer flu.' The programme is primarily hosted by Jean-Marie Cohen, founder member of GROG, an organisation which acts to research regional flu epidemic groups. Other experts provide accounts of different strains of flu virus, there is discussion about the usefulness of flu vaccines and attention is paid to how / if a future epidemic might be aborted.
