To the Chairman and Members of the Cockermoiith Urban District Council. Gentlemen, I have pleasure in presenting my Annual Report for 1953, which has been drawn up in the usual manner and in accordance with instructions of the Ministry of Health. This is my final annual report as Medical Officer of Health for the Cockermoiith Urban District, my first having been presented for the year 1920. I would like here, to express my appreciation of the courtesy and friendliness shown to me throughout my term of office by Councillors and Staff alike. I am.
