Recorded interviews with leading practitioners and commentators on legal medicine and forensic science, conducted by Dr Roger Smith (Dept. of History, Univ, Of Lancaster) in 1983-'84, as part of a research project carried out with Dr Brian Wynne (Centre for Science Studies and Science Policy, Univ. of Lancaster from 1982 to 1985, on 'Technical / Scientific, Social & Industrial Expertise and Legal Frameworks', jointly funded by the Science and Engineering Research Council and the Economic and Social Research Council (SERC-ESRC).
