Sarah Stansa(?) traces the history of plagues, from the Black Death of the 14thC, to the present day plague in Saurat(?), Western India. With the help of experts, including Nicholas White, of the Wellcome Trust, she asks why some diseases appear to be untreatable, including Malaria and TB.
