    cLew'ncw'wyn, .. lo th..Tebruury_. 193 To the Port Sanitary Authority, CAERNARVON. Gentlemen, I have the honour to submit to you my annual report for the year ending December 31st 193S. Three vessels arrived from foreign ports with Timber. None of these had a history of disease or having any during the voyage, and the crew were in good health on arrival. No serious defects were found and the quartern clean on the mole, inquiries were made as to the presence-of rats, but no need for treatment was found necessary. PCCJ. No meat or foreign food is imported. The oyster bed over at Anglesey which is within the jurisdiction of this authority has not been occupied for some years, but there is a possibility that these will be used again, and are in my opinion very suitable, free from pollution (sewage etc.) COASTWISE TRADE Practically all the trade is carried on between Liverpool, Ellesmere Port and Caernarvon. NUISANCES. These were investigated and a number of dead animals removed from the foreshore. HOSPITAL. The hospital at Cynifryn continues to be ready for any emergency.
