LADIES AND GENTLEMEN, I HAVE been frequently, and am almost daily ap- plied to for surgical advice or assistance by per- sons who have been patients in the Royal Infir- mary ; and I have never scrupled to take such per- sons under my charge as freely as any other pa- tients.
