Typescripts of chapters authored by Professor Rushton in visual physiology textbooks. Includes "Visual adaptation"' in Adler's Physiology of the Eye, 6th and 7th editions and associated correspondence and a chapter entitled "Visual Pigments" in Dartnall's volume of Jung's Handbook of Sensory Physiology. There is also a copy of the French encyclopaedia La Machine Humaine with a chapter entitled "Photochemie de la Vision" by Professor Rushton.
