Description

The worried-looking Kaiser Wilhelm II, standing at a laboratory bench, is heating a lump of matter inscribed "The Allies". He has various solvents: a test-tube marked "Peace proposals", and other pieces of laboratory glassware inscribed "Bluff", "Frightfulness" and "Mailed fist solvent". On a shelf beyond is a flask of "World power elixir"
