About this work
Description
Beginning with the delivery of a baby in hospital, and continuing with dramatic reconstructions, this film promotes the work of the Family Planning Association by showing the scope and depth of its concerns. It argues that every baby should be wanted and shows the misery of a large family unable to cope, balancing it with a look at another such family where all is well. Raising the confidence of patients attending Family Planning Clinics is a priority. The Association's concern with infertility problems is shown to be of equal importance to its contraceptive work.
