pp. 1-92, "Chirurgery and physicall receipts"; 93-211, "Choice receipts for cookery"; 218-end, "Choyce receits for wines and sweet meates."
The receipts are arranged in alphabetical order: all after letter Q of the last section is wanting.
On the first leaf 'Mrs. Elizabeth Hirst her book. 1684'.
