2. Joseph Farmer of Birmingham, Iron Master;

3. William Russell of Birmingham, Iron Master;

4. Thomas Russell of Birmingham, Iron Master;

5. John Ruston of the City of Worcester, Iron Master;

6. Stephen Onions Jemn. of Brewood, Iron Master;

7. John England of Alder Mills, Iron Master.



Regarding "a certain parcel or tract of land lying in Baltimore County in the Province of Maryland, and also a mill & several other tracts of land in Cecil County in Maryland lying convenient for navigation into the Bay of Chesopeake and in such places where large quantities of Iron stone or Iron mine is to be found in trust-eventuelles for the use and benefit of the said [parties]" "...to erect Furnaces Forges & other Iron Works in order for the making of Iron for their Joynt Account and Benefit.... from the day of the date of these and during and unto the full end and term of ninety and nine years fully to be completed and ended upon Account of them the said parties, their several and respective heirs, executors, administrators and assignes in equal tenth parts shares or proportions."
