Description

Clinical examination This medical worker is examining a leprosy patient's insensitive foot for any signs of trauma and ulceration. Regular inspection of anaesthetic feet and hands helps to detect early damage and prevent future limitation of activity. Patients are taught to inspect their own hands, feet and shoes daily to ensure that they remain in good condition.
