Lepromatous leprosy (LL): type 2 (erythema nodosum leprosum, ENL) leprosy reaction This is a high power view of a peripheral nerve from a person with type 2 reaction. There are foamy macrophages between Schwann cells. Some of the macrophages have multiple nuclei. H&E stain.
