Description

The seventh in an eight-part series following the stories of people with various sleep disorders as they visit Papworth Sleep Clinic. This part features 23-year-old Alex who we met in Part Two who suffers from frighteningly violent sleep terrors which have led him to jump out of windows. At the end of Part Two the Papworth Clinic diagnosed him with nocturnal epilepsy, now he visits a neurologist to have this confirmed. Clay Spencer's extremely loud snoring is driving his wife and children mad - Papworth treat him with a sleep mask and he has his first peaceful night's sleep in over 10 years. Alex is eventually diagnosed with an extreme form of night terrors and is given medication to help him sleep.
