At his Lordship's late Dwelling-House in Albemarle-Street, St. James's; Consisting of Crimson Velvet, rich Genoa Damask, laced with Gold, in Beds, Window-Curtains; Sophas, &c. fine Down and other Beds, Silk Damask and Satlin Mattrasses, Otter Down, India and other Quilts, beautiful Needlework and embroider'd Counterpanes in Gold and Silver, several Sets of fine Brussels Tapestry Hangings; amongst the China are fine large Jars, Beakers, scollopt Dishes and Plates, Bowls, Basons, and other Pieces of the rare old Japan; likewise his Lordship's Fire-Arms, several Sets of Housings and Holsters, richly emboider'd with Gold and Silver, about nine Hogsheads of excellent Burgundy and Claret, some in Casks, and some bottled off. A Coach and Chariot. Which will be Sold by Auction, By Mr. Prestage, (by Order of the Executors) On Monday the 24th of this Instant February 1755, and the Nine following Days, Sunday excepted. To be view'd on Thursday next, the 20th Instant, and to the Hour of Sale, which begin each Day punctually at Twelve. Catalogues will be deliver'd on Wednesday next at Mr. Prestages, the End of Savile Row, and at Lord Grantham's aforesaid, at One Shilling each, which will be return'd to those that become Purchasers.
