That books be not allowed to be changed between Members nor by one Member on behalf of another, except under special circumstances. 4. That the time allowed for keeping a book be Two Weeks, but the time for retaining a book may be renewed on application being made by the Member to the Librarian, at the discretion of the latter, providing the said book ire not already booked for another Member. 5. That any Member retaining a book for a longer time than two weeks shall be fined 2d. per week for the first two weeks, and 4d. per week for every subsequent week. 6. That in the event of a Member refusing to pay his fines, he shall ire suspended from the use of the Library so long as the fine or fines re nain unpaid. 7. That any Member losing or damaging any book belonging to the Library shall replace the same to the satisfaction of the Librarian. S. That the Library be closed at such time or times as shall lie necessary. 9.
