The text is identical with that of the author's 'System of Physicks' [cf. MS. No 3635]. In view of the date of this MS., it may have been written by a student at Harvard University.

The second leaf of the preface is wanting, as well as all the index after letter C. Outer margin of the index to the first tract repaired. Title and text of the first work within red rules.
