Bacillary dysentery. Chronic. Shiga infection from India, multiple arthritis and periarthritis three months duration. Shows rigidity of mucous membrane and scattered bleeding granulomatous areas. (Cured by protein shock and bowel lavage) Lettering typewritten on label affixed to backing board
