Concerning tests and apparatus; consultation with Dr Beddoe, who was to revise hair and skin recordings so that they are comparable with French methods; he delivered a lecture on cholera at the Balloon Society; about introducing Bertillon's method which will be discussed at the British Association; discussing short head measurements; one draft letter from Galton to Garson dated 3 Sep 1895 about setting up an anthropometric laboratory at the Institute.
