Illustrated with six small pen-drawings: 'Schaletta' [File?] (fol. 49v), 'Stelletta' [pad?] (fol. 51), 'Scharnatora' [Farrier's knife] (fol. 56v), 'Cortello' [knife] (fol. 107), cautery iron (fol. 111v), sketch of a round piece of bread, inscribed with magic words to cure worms (fol. 138v). Inscribed on the verso of first leaf, and on the recto of second leaf after the end of the text 'D. Jacobi Francisci Via C R Placentini'. Produced in Piacenza?
