Ownership note

On the first fly-leaf and inside the upper cover are the following inscriptions: 'Fred Wm Foster, Hospital Mate, Leeward Island Staff', who may have been the original owner. He was born in Jamaica in 1760, and later became a Bishop of the Moravian Church. He died at Ockbrook (Derbyshire) in 1835. (Inside the cover) 'Presented to W[illia]m H[iggins] Coleman [1816?-1863]. By Geo. Lister, Galveston, Texas'. (Fly-leaf) 'Bought at Administrator's Sale of Dr. Wm H. Coleman by Dr. Robert Webb' [1824-1894]. 'To Reginald Harrison [1838-1898] with kind regards of R. D.
