    We now give notice to all Tradesmen, at the time any order for Goods is issued, that he is to retain the order, and send an Invoice of the Goods; that any Tradesman neglecting to deliver his Bill at the end of every Quarter, will not he dealt with for twelve months. That no Tradesman will he dealt with at all, who may give to any Servant of the Establishment any Discount, Gratuity, or present of any kind; and that no order will be recognized unless signed by Dr. Sherlock. We also contemplate the employment of an Auditor, to examine and report on all the Cash accounts, and Stock of the Establishment, once in every quarter. We have confidence that in the course of the current year, all outstanding accounts against the Asylum will be discharged, and the weekly pay reduced. The sum necessary for General Bepairs of the Asylum for the current year, Dr. Sherlock estimates at I?6 (3 5. We have appended to this Beport an Estimate ISTo. 1, of money which will be required to finish the various works now proceeding, and those mentioned in this Beport, amount¬ ing to £1680. Also an Estimate ISTo. 2, of the Total Cost of the new Buildings and extras, shewing a deficiency of 1P396. 15s. 7d. to be provided for. It will be seen by our last Annual Beport, that we estimated, for reasons there stated, that this deficiency would amount to £350. Also a Dr. and Cr. account of Bepair account, accounting for £>945 granted last year. This account shews a balance in hand of £127. 11s. 7d., all or most of which will be probably exhausted by the Quarter’s repairs.
