    College of Physicians may hold lands to the yearly value of £1000. Public Act. Medical Council. said College or Commonalty, within the said City of West- minster, or the Liberties thereof, shall be as valid and of like effect, to all intents and purposes, as the same would have been by virtue of the charter and statute aforesaid, if had, done, and performed within the City of London; and that all rights, immunities, powers, franchises, privileges, and authorities, which the said President and College or Commonalty are authorized and entitled to have, hold, exercise, and enjoy by virtue of the charter and statute aforesaid, or by virtue of a statute passed in the thirty-second year of the reign of his said Majesty King Henry the Eighth, intituled For Physicians and their Privilege, or any statute in force at the time of passing this Act, or by any other way whatsoever, shall continue and remain to be held, exercised, and enjoyed, by the said President and College, or Commonalty, in the same, and as full, free, and ample manner, to all intents and purposes, as the same now are held, exercised, and enjoyed.” 2. <c And be it further enacted: That the said President and College, or Commonalty, shall and may, and they are hereby authorized to take, hold, possess, and enjoy, any lands, tene- ments, and hereditaments wheresoever lying and being, not exceeding in the whole the yearly value of one thousand pounds, notwithstanding the Statutes of Mortmain.” 3. “ And be it further enacted: That this Act shall be deemed and taken to be a Public Act, and shall be judicially taken notice of as such, by all Judges, Justices, and others, without being specially pleaded.” 21 & 22 Victoria, c. 90.
