Description
Collection of medical and household receipts: with a few veterinary receipts.
On the first leaf is pasted down a cut-off heading of an unnamed Chemist's shop. This is dated in MS. 'April 2nd 1838', and below this 'Brian Cowgill. March 24th 1841.'
The date Feb.20/(18)63 is found on p.47.

1 volume 2 ll. + 190 pp. 8vo. 16 x 10 cm. Original limp calf binding. The lower half of p.117/118 has been cut away. Some entries are in pencil.
