Description

Amateur footage shot at a plantation or in a rural area. Two groups eat at tables outside. Views over the coast from the land (palm trees in evidence). Views of a large house (or hotel); views over the grounds and then the beach. A group pose for photographs next to a waterfall. Views of palm trees. Shots of the coast from a ship and then closer views of the harbourside and a yacht. Views of a port.

This film forms part of an additional accession in 2015 to a group of films donated to the Wellcome Trust in 2006 by The British Medical Association.
One of nine films which appear to have been posted between A. Wilfred Adams and Dr. G. C. Anderson depicting a journey around the Caribbean (Trinidad and Jamaica). Anderson was the Secretary at the time of the British Medical Association's World Tour in 1935 (a film record exists in the collection).
Date is derived from the edge code on the film.
