    offence and place of abode, in some newspaper t!Sch 4 prinLl or mrculated in or near the olace where swch offence is committed. 10 That no baker shall sell, or expose for sale,any bread <vhich shall be deficient and every person convicted thereof shall forfeit a sum not^exceeding than one sliilling, for every ounce that shall be found deficient in the '°1: and if it is less than an ounce of nhat it oUj,ht iustly^O weigh, then he shall forfeit a sum not ixceedin<r two shillings and sixpence, nor less than sixpence, at the discretion of the ma|is- trate before whom he is convicted, provided such bread complained of he weighed before a magistrate, within forty-eight f hours after the sanTe shall be baked.
