Description

Poster printed in blue on white paper advertising the performances of General Tom Thumb (born Charles S. Stratton) and Commodore Knott. It is overprinted in black at the top with details of the venue, times and prices for their appearance at Horns Assembly Rooms, 194 Kennington Park Road, London with Professor Millar, illusionist and his daughter Nellie Millar, pianist. The two midgets made "a grand parade in their beautiful, miniature brougham... drawn by four splendid goats" as part of the show, an "Unequalled combination, Professor Millar and his little men".
