There 26 cases of Tuberculosis notified during the years as against 4U for 1918. The lungs were affected in 20 persons. ZYMOTIC DISEASES. There Wcre three cases of Measles, 2 of Scarlet Fever, 2 of Diphtheria, and 1 of Erysipelas notified during the year with no deaths. Diphtheria antitoxin is used by all Practitioners m the District—both as a curative and1 a prophylactic. WATER SUPPLY. The water supply of the villages in the Union is satisfactory. I regret to say that the same cannot he said of the Town of Tregaron, which is still supplied by pumps, consequently the supply is not .satisfactory, and is liable to be contaminated through percolation of deleterious matter. DRAINAGE. There is a difficulty in flushing the drains in most instances through want of water supply, the flushing being carried out by rain and roof water.
