Lithium, Zyprexa, Seroxat, and Oxezepam are my pills for Bipolar I. Zyprexa: manufactured by Lilly Pharmaceuticals, an antipsychotic originally approved for the treatment of schizophrenia. Seroxat: an SSRI (serotonin reuptake inhibitor) antidepressant.
