The seven short stories consist of: 1. Your Voice: Five young people talk about their feelings and concerns / 2. Helen's Story: A young woman's experience of depression / 3. Acting It Out: 'Cracked', Y Touring's theatre-in-education programme about mental illness / 4. Loss: A mother reflects on the impact of the death of her son / 5. Who cares?: Young people talk about caring for a dependent relative / 6. Bullying: Leah's experience of bullying and how she overcame it / 7. Working Together: A primary school's strategies for promoting mental health.
