Letter from Charles W Hutton (Belair, Dulwich) to Burroughs, who had asked Hutton to comment on the extent and suitability the Phoenix Paper Mills site, Dartford, for Burroughs Wellcome & Co manufacturing activities.
Purchase price is noted as £5,000, with additional building work (itemised in outline) estimated at £1,500. The extent of the property is said to be approximately eight acres, of which four acres are water.
