An Elimination Finger Print Form (Mid-Anglia Constabulary) providing general information, accompanied by two sets of "Elimination Fingerprints" (Suffolk Constabulary) in respect of Francis Harry Compton Crick and Odile Crick.

The fingerprints were taken on 18 December, 1969, following a burglary at an address in Essex.
