Description

A large chorus group on an ambitiously painted 'neo-classical' stage set with painted pillars, curtains and flats, and a small battleship painted on the 'proscenium arch'. Ten of the performers are in drag wearing styles of the late 1910s / early 1920s. Another scene from the production pictured in Wellcome Library nos. 2043028i and 2043055i.
