The authorshp of Polidoro, Goltzius and Saenredam; the date 1594; and the role of Goltzius as printer are all mentioned in the lettering on no. 5 in this series (Wellcome Library no. 2475245i)
F.E. in the lettering is identified in the British Museum online catalogue as Franco Estius, the author of the verses
