    quarterly. They concur in the recommendation of the medical officers.' relating to the erection of a gasometer ; but they are not at present in a.i position to offer any specific propositions on the subject. The Board also recommend to the immediate consideration of the- annual meeting the inconvenience of the place for mangling the clothes, as well as the laundry department. And further, that it is absolutely necessary for the economical management of the land, that farm-buildings, to the extent of a pigsty, stable, cowhouse, and garden-house, for which they have applied for plans, should be erected as soon as convenient. The Board would refer generally to the report of their medical officers for the statistics as well as for all other information relative to the patients. The Board have directed a statement of their accounts to be appended to this report. JOHN HEATON, Chairman.
