    Worcestershire County Council. To the Mayor, Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Droitwicb. To the Bromsgrove Rural Sanitary Authority. To the Bromsgrove Country Local Board. To the Bromsgrove Town Local Board. To the Redditch Local Board. To the Droitwich Rural Sanitary Authority ; and To all others whom it may concern. Whereas on the nth June 1894 the Bromsgrove Rural Sanitary Authority and the Bromsgrove Country District Local Board presented petitions to the Worcestershire County Council dated respectively the 22nd May and the 6th June 1894, asking that a Joint Hospital District should be formed by the County Council under the Isolation Hospitals’ Act 1893, comprising the Districts of the Bromsgrove Rural Sanitary Authority, the Broms¬ grove Country Local Board, the Bromsgrove J'own Local Board, and the Redditch Local Board. And whereas the County Medical Officer for the County of Worcester held Inquiries under Section 6 of the Act and reported to the County Council that a permanent Isolation Hospital ought to be established for the use of the inhabitants of the Borough O of E. B. & S. 340.1.1.95.
