Description
This set of material includes a broad range of organisations based in the UK. This includes organisations which were entirely focused on an aspect of drug treatment, advice or culture as well as more loosely associated organisations who have produced material relevant to the topic. In some instances committees or groups within larger organisations have been treated as seperate organisations (such as those based in universities) for ease of access. Also, sometimes the name of a project, clinic or service has been used where this appeared the most logical means of identifying the material. These decisions are not intended to impose definitive names on organisations but rather to describe the material as it was found.
This does not include material produced by Government departments, local councils, health authorities, the police, or reports produced by individuals within a professional or academic context.
