About this work

Description

Close view of stems with pointed dark green, ovate leaves and one ripe orange fruit, the peel of which is very aromatic. Oil of bergamot is used extensively in the perfume industry and in the manufacture of sun tan lotions. Ssome of its constituents contribute to its photosensitization.
