    Dr. R. G. X-Rays.—X-Ray examinations were allowed in 15 com- plicated maternity cases in the year. 4. Maternity and Nursing Homes.—There are no Maternity Homes in the County registered under the Midwives and Maternity- Homes Act, 1926. No Nursing Home is registered under the Nursing Homes Registration Act, 1927. • Ophthalmia Neonatorum. One Case of Ophthalmia Neonatorum was notified in the year with the following result: — Vision unimpaired ... 1 5. Health Visiting.—The Health Visiting Service in the County consists of 1 County Nursing Superintendent, 4 whole- time Health Visitors who also do School Nursing, and 20 part- time Health Visitors and School Nurses. Particulars of the number of visits paid to mothers and babies are to be found in Table VII appended. 6.
