In the B.M. Catalogue the form of name used is 'Eleanor Mary Rosalia', but the name as given is that used in most bibliographies.

The first edition is probably that entered in the Surgeon-General's Catalogue as 'printed at Vienna in 1695'. A third edition is found recorded by Ferguson in his 'Bibliotheca Chemica' Vol. I, pp. 235, 236. The later editions contained a 'Koch-Buch', which is in the present transcript.
