Description

Two strands of DNA in the process of homologous recombination forming a structure known as a Holliday junction. This model shows the complex formed between the E. coli RuvA protein (blue) and RuvB (yellow) and the DNA molecule. In the DNA molecule the different types of atoms are coloured red, white, blue and orange.
