About this work

Description

Herbal medicine. Artemisia dranunculus (Tarragon). Tall stemmed fine pointed leafed plant with small flower buds. Used mainly as a culinary herb, tarragon is the main flavouring in sauce bearnaise and sauce tartare. Also used to enhance the flavour of lobster and to make tarragon vinegar.
