Interviewed by George Udvarhelyi, MD. In this first interview, Dr. Walker describes his training experiences with Drs. Bailey, Bucy, Halstead and Penfield. He talks about working in Fulton's laboratory; his extended studies in Amsterdam and Brussels on subcortical lesions and electrical activity of the brain; and the origins of training FMGs after World War II.
